An efficient and friendly service. I needed just one Prima internal oak door door which was delivered on time as promised. Unfortunately the door arrived damaged - probably in transit. After speaking to Paul to describe the damage he immediately said he would re-order a new door. This was on the Monday and by Friday of the same week the new door had arrived and the damaged door was collected at the same time. First class service and product which I can recommend to anyone.
