Changed Your Mind? No Problem
 
You know you're in safe hands when shopping with Leader Doors. All of our orders have a 14 day money back guarantee as standard. If you change your mind, just return your items unused, in it's original condition within 14 days of receiving it and we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund.
 
All of the products on our website are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We hand check all orders dispatched from our warehouse to ensure they are packaged well and are of the highest standard.
 
If in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email cancellations@leadergroup.co.uk, stating your order reference number, what items you wish to exchange or cancel and why?
 
We will acknowledge receipt of your email and respond within 24 hours with what will happen next.
 
NOTE - RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT THIS EMAIL OR WRITTEN CONFIRMATION.
 
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item back to us. We are able to advise on a small number of national couriers which may be able to help you with this, so just give us a call and we will be happy to help. We recommend that you send the goods back by Special Delivery (fully insured) and ensure that the goods are well packaged. If the goods are damaged in transit due to inadequate protection, we will be unable to refund.
 
If you have already used a courier to return items before, we'd love to hear your feedback on how well they did. We're always looking to improve our service, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
 
Sorry, but there are a few items that we cannot accept returns on, such as personalised or special order items, unless of course they are faulty. Any product which is stated to be on a lead time of more than 21 working days is considered to be a special order item and cannot be returned as it is manufactured from the point of order. If you are unsure, please give us a call or head down to our local store and speak to a member of staff.
 
After receiving your return we will refund you via your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 72 hours of receipt. Depending on your original payment method, the time it takes for the funds to appear back into your account may differ. Please see below;
 
Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 working Days
PayPal: 24 Hours
 
None of the above affects your consumer rights, covered under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
 
Exchanges
 
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we suggest that you return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Please contact us if you are unsure on what you need to do and we'll be happy to help

Returning Faulty Items
 
In the unlikely event that an item is deemed faulty, you must notify us explaining the problem with the item. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the goods in order for us to proceed with the return. In order to speed up the process, you may email customerservices@leaderdoors.co.uk with your order reference number, the details of the fault and if possible images displaying the fault.

Refunds will ONLY be given for damaged goods where no replacement product can be supplied. Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds will not be given.

Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Leader Doors and receive a full refund (Does not apply to special order items, see above).

Order cancellations must be made in writing, stating your order reference number, within 14 days of delivery of your full order. This can be sent via email to cancellations@leadergroup.co.uk, or by post to the address listed below. Once you have requested to cancel your order, goods should be returned to us as noted above under the heading 'Changed Your Mind? No Problem'.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. This ensures that in the unlikely event that the goods returned to us damaged, you are covered with the courier for the full value of the shipment.

This ensures we can deal with the process from start to finish with speed and ensure 100% customer satisfaction levels. Returning In Store

If you would prefer, you can also return items yourself to our store. If you wish to do so, you must be accompanied by a copy of you order acknowledgement. A refund will be given following the usual procedure, with the amount paid being credited back to the customers account, via their original payment method, as outlined above. We are unfortunately unable to process any refunds in cash, unless the order was originally placed in store via an offline cash payment. Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method.

NOTE - These returns conditions are only valid with online purchase from Leader Doors and do not include items purchased in store. Please ask in store if you are unsure.
