Delivery Service

All in stock goods that are ordered before 15:00 can normally be delivered the next working day, between the times of 08:00 and 18:00.

Orders placed between 15:00 on a Friday and 09:00 on a Monday will normally be delivered on a Tuesday. However, if Monday is a bank holiday, delivery will be on Wednesday.

Once your order has been processed we will contact you by email or telephone to confirm the order and arrange a delivery date, unfortunately we cannot provide an exact time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescale. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, on occasions delays are unavoidable due to unforeseen factors.

Most doors can take upto 10 working days for delivery as sizes and quantities may need to be delivered in from our warehouse.

Once your order has been processed we will contact you by email or telephone to notify you of the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot provide an exact time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion. You can contact the sales team to check the delivery status of your order.

It is assumed that the delivery address is accessible by large lorry, if this is likely to be a problem, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Unfortunately due to insurance guidelines carriers are only able to deliver items to ‘kerbside’ it is not the carriers responsibility to take the delivery into your home, it is therefore advisable to make sure that there is adequate help to unload the delivery into you home.

If the carrier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available, you will be charged again for re-delivery.

Leaderdoors.co.uk strongly advise all customers to check all goods for any damage caused during transit, prior to signing for the goods.

All goods must be checked upon arrival for defects, damage, shortages or unsuitability,all the aforementioned issues must be expressed to our agent (courier driver or 2nd man) immediately, please do not sign for goods AND SPECIFICALLY DO NOT SIGN AS UNCHECKED without checking for defects, damages or shortages as your signature is acceptance of the goods being received in good and serviceable condition, we cannot accept any claim for these issues after you have signed for the goods

Back Orders
If one of our products is out of stock, the stock status on our website will state an estimated arrival date. You can still order the product in advance, and we will dispatch the goods immediately upon arrival.
