Free Super Saver Delivery
Super Saver deliveries are FREE of charge, and will be shipped using an express service by default. You will qualify for Super Saver delivery if your order total is over £500+VAT. To apply the Super Saver discount, enter the code 'POST0' in the basket and your delivery charge will be removed from your order.
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. These orders will be delivered the Next Working Day (Monday-Friday)*, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. If your delivery date falls on a bank holiday, you will receive your order on the Tuesday.
We can request Saturday deliveries for select delivery post codes at an extra surcharge. Please contact Customer Services for further information.
Shaped Around You
When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will be normally be contacted via email or telephone call, to arrange a delivery date that suits you, with the exception of Next Day Delivery orders. (As they will leave us at the earliest convenience!)
With all orders we try to be as flexible as possible, so if a suggested date is not suitable for you, then let us know and we will do our best to re-arrange it. It is always recommended that you refer to delivery lead times on each individual product page, to give you an idea of when to expect delivery.
Once an order is dispatched from us, you will receive an 'order dispatched' status update email, this will give you full details on when to expect delivery of your goods.
Please allow up to a maximum of 28 working days for items to arrive, as despite our best efforts, occasionally delays may occur.
On The Day
All deliveries will be attempted between the hours of 8am-6pm. As we use a number of national and local couriers, it is not always possible for us to provide an exact time for delivery. If you wish to track the delivery, please contact Customer Services and we will be able to provide you with your tracking details and the telephone number for the courier.
As standard, all couriers are only able to deliver items to the kerbside of the delivery address, and are not permitted to enter your property. This is why we always suggest that there is adequate help to take the delivery indoors. Your order may be delivered on a large vehicle, so please let us know if there is likely to be any access problems, and we will inform the courier for you.
If we are unable to deliver your order because you were not available, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge.
While problems with deliveries are extremely rare, we always recommend that orders should be checked when they arrive for any obvious sign of damage or unsuitability. We instruct all drivers to allow our customers time to quickly check their goods, but understand it is not always possible to immediately do so. If you cannot check the goods upon delivery, then we kindly ask that you sign for the delivery note as not checked and inform us of any damages or issues within the first 24 hours of receiving them. Informing us within 24 hours will ensure we can swiftly resolve any issues and replace the goods if necessary.
Click & Collect
All orders can also be collected in store FREE of charge. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and select 'Collect in Store' from the shipping drop down box. Your order will be available to collect in store from us the next working day, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
When collecting your order, please bring a valid form of ID, signature and a copy of your order acknowledgement email. If you are sending someone to collect your order for you, please email us first to let us know the name of the person who will be collecting your goods and ensure they are accompanied by the above items. Always check with us before setting off, to ensure your goods are ready for collection. Our branch address for collection is: Leader Doors, 103 Whitby Street South, Hartlepool, TS24 7LH.
Planning Your Job
We highly recommend that you do not book in tradespeople to complete a job involving your goods before you actually receive the the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to delays in shipping.
Our delivery rates are automatically calculated per item, so that you know exactly what you pay for every order. For your own delivery rate, please add the items you wish to order to your basket and select your location from the drop down box. Your delivery will then be calculated and displayed on the website.

As an internet retailer, we must always be vigilant when it comes to fraud. As all customer orders are fraud screened for security reasons. We may sometimes contact customers for more information. Please do not be offended by this, it is simply to make sure that you are who you say you are.
Because all customer orders are fraud screened against the details which your provide us, we are unable to dispatch your goods to an alternative address, to the one which you provide when your order was placed. If you cannot accept delivery to your given delivery address, please contact us to discuss what options are available, we may ask you to re-place your order with the correct delivery address, and your initial order will be refunded quickly in full.
